Terms & Conditions:

Dashmesh Pharmaceuticals ships to almost all parts of India. All orders on or before noon on any day are processed on the very same day. All orders received after noon time will be shipped next day excluding Sunday & National Holidays. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays. We ship six (6) days a week. In case of unavoidable situations due to natural calamities, weather condition & national emergencies shipment processing time will be delayed. The duration of dispatching an order depends on the type of order you have placed.

 

 

We deliver your order within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.

We may not be able to ship the products to certain parts of India. If your area is in the non-serviceable location, customer service will get in touch with you and make every possible effort to deliver your order. In the unfortunate event where we are unable to ship the order, the amount paid for the order will be refunded in full.

NON AVAILABILITY OF CLIENT ON DELIVERY:

Our delivery partners will attempt twice to deliver at your provided address before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure that you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.

ID PROOF ON DELIVERY:

For some delivery locations & for some high value products, our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for finalizing the delivery of the goods.

None of us would have ever thought that we could face such an adverse time in our lives. This COVID19 pandemic is really a big threat to human civilization and to counter this challenge we have left with only one option - to STAY AT HOME.

 

Due to the lockdown, all orders are put on hold. We would start the dispatch once we see the situation is conducive and will keep you updated.
